One if the best hotel experiences I have had ! The hospitality in this place is par excellence and incomparable . The staff right from the doorman, sweepers, liftman, reception officials, restaurant staff, chefs etc were very efficient, friendly and had the warmest human touch ❤️ Apart from this, the food, rooms, ambience, and overall experience of stay was very comfortable. Keep up the good work folks ! Loved every moment spent here ???? Recommend this place for a splendid homely experience ????

I planned to visit Tezpur but earlier I was confused about where to stay. Finally I decided to stay in Cygnett Tezpur then I realised that its hospitality was really impressive and best thing about this hotel was that they never say no for any request regarding food and any other house keeping related demand. During dinning time people was really caring and concerned about your order . I can remember some name who is really supportive and concerned to delivery your ordered on time Mr. Monishankar, Mr Gaurav , Priyanka, sila , Akashi and Mr Firoz are very professional and soft hearten. Thank so much to all employees for your lovely and homely behaviour. If i get chance to visit Tezpur again then surely I will prefer to stay in Cygnett again. Thank you so much to all
